We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator/CRM MANAGER to join Redwood Investment Management, in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The CRM Manager is responsible for the overall development, configuration, operation and continuous improvement of the Redwood Investment Management Salesforce platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record deduplication, and other related tasks
  • Identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality
  • Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, and operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation
  • Construction and Maintenance of reports and dashboards built on solid data analysis
  • Design and implement custom objects, fields and advanced functionality, based on project roadmap and strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools, Sales Cloud, Pardot, DiscoverOrg and Einstein
  • Identify improvements to the Salesforce platform through understanding of the Salesforce roadmap, peer organizations, end user community and Salesforce community
  • Provide end-user support (including system configuration, process building, complex formulas, and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of the Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts of configuration, process, workflow and reporting
  • Prepare and present clear business and technical analysis


Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
  • 1+ years of Pardot experience
  • com Admin Certification (ADM201) required; additional Admin and/or Developer Certifications preferred
  • Sandbox management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (charts, functions, tables, pivot tables and pivot charts) and experience with statistical analysis and reporting tools preferred
  • Experience developing with the API (WSDL, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP)
  • Motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural curiosity about technology
  • Must have ability to work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required, including presentation of complex data in easily understood ways and strong data visualization skills
  • Ability to confidently interact at multiple levels in the organization and lead cross-departmental team projects required
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Currently residing in the Phoenix metropolitan area (No Relocation Available)
