Graphic Designer

Redwood is currently seeking a talented graphic designer to join our growing marketing team in office in Scottsdale, AZ.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Lead Designer, Creative Director, and Marketing Team to produce marketing assets across print and digital platforms—including booklets, newsletters, one-sheets, web graphics, email campaigns, and other digital materials that support brand awareness and maintain Redwood’s digital presence. Financial services experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and support print-focused projects, including brochures, charts, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Design and produce digital content, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, carousels, website assets, and ad layouts.
  • Support UX/UI design needs across web pages, landing pages, and digital products—helping with wireframes, component design, user flows, and visual systems.
  • Help in development of current and future brand websites and portals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistent brand standards across all platforms.
  • Assist with design production, file preparation, and asset delivery for both digital and print outputs.
  • Help coordinate branding and design support for events and conferences.
  • Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings to contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Support ongoing updates and enhancements to our digital design systems, style guides, and user-facing interfaces.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or a related field—or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities.
  • 0–2 year of experience (internships welcome) in graphic design, digital design, or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Figma, XD, or similar UX/UI tools is a plus.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of core design principles: layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and email platforms.
  • Interest or basic exposure to user-centered design, responsive layouts, and UI component creation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a creative team.
